A Wedding at The Spa Hotel, Tunbridge Wells | An Editorial Eye

The Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells is a setting I know well from photographing weddings there over the years. Its elegant interiors and landscaped gardens offer two quite different photographic languages: one architectural and composed, the other relaxed and full of movement.

Photographs and atmosphere

The interest is in combining both. A wedding needs portraits and a clear record of its important moments, but the unplanned expressions, atmosphere and quieter exchanges are often what give a set of pictures its individuality.

A personal perspective
